Every plan includes 1 admin and 1 sub-admin. Extra users are optional, so you only pay for them if your team needs more people: each extra user is ₹199 a month, with the same discount as your plan (₹139 on 3 months, ₹119 on 6 months, ₹100 on 1 year). If you add a user in the middle of a plan, you pay only for the months left.
No. Each user can be logged in on one computer and one phone at a time. The CRM is locked to the device and IP address it was logged in from, and the app is locked to one phone. To move to a new device, log out on the old one, or the admin can use Log out all devices in Users & access.
The CRM and the app show a renew screen and the rest is paused until the payment is done. Your data stays safe and nothing is deleted. As soon as the payment is confirmed, everything opens again.
Sub-admins can add and edit flats and leads, but they can’t download data, delete records, or see brokerage, profit or other deal amounts. The same rules apply in the app.
Yes. The BrokerHub App is included in every plan for the admin and sub-admins, with the same data and permissions as the CRM.
Payments are made through Razorpay using UPI, cards or netbanking. Your plan updates as soon as the payment is confirmed, and invoices are available under Billing & plan.
Yes. Upload your existing flats and leads using the BrokerHub Excel templates when you start.
